The Compensation Analyst will have primary responsibility for carrying out activities in support of Organon’s annual rewards cycle, the market pricing function, job architecture design and maintenance in addition to providing support for our Executive Compensation and Equity Administration functions.

Primary Responsibilities​:

  • Support the annual and ongoing global rewards cycle in Workday including requirements collection/documentation and workstream support.

  • Participate in annual global market pricing activities, analyzing market data to develop and maintain salary ranges, short-term incentive targets and equity ranges based on established compensation strategy. Develop employee impact and costing analysis.

  • Assist with the development of updated base, bonus, and LTI structures that are based on competitive market analysis.

  • Conduct ad hoc benchmarking analysis and compensation modeling as needed for new or changing roles or to address specific market concerns.

  • Prepare and submit data to multiple third-party surveys, collect data output.

  • Serve as a day-to-day owner of compensation software. CompAnalyst ( Update, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of data. Create reports and analytics to meet internal needs.

  • Partner with the Compensation Operations team to ensure Workday is updated to reflect needed changes to job profiles, salary structures, bonus and equity targets, etc.

  • Serve as project team member in support of job architecture and leveling project and initiatives, including analytical and systems support on any changes to the career level framework.

  • Assist with the annual benchmarking process for all roles, including executives level roles.

  • Assist with the development of educational materials, tools, and necessary training modules to increase HRBPs and management understanding of existing Compensation programs and practices.

  • Support recognition platform, as required.

  • Support executive compensation team, as required.

  • Support special projects including due diligence and M&A support.

  • Support with equity administration, as required.

  • Lead or participate in other compensation-related project and activities.

Required Experience and Skills​:

  • 3 + years of compensation related experience.

  • Proven success in market pricing and knowledge of global job architecture mechanics.

  • Experience with job analysis, benchmarking and market pricing.

  • Advanced Excel skills are required to analyze data and create meaningful, understandable models and reports; ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making.

  • Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner and work cross-functionally.

  • Experience supporting internal customers, such as compensation partners and HRBPs to support business initiatives.

  • Understanding of FLSA and knowledge of wage compliance and regulations.

Preferred Experience and Skills​:

  • Experience with Workday.

  • Experience with CompAnalyst (

  • Experience working with a multinational company.

  • CCP certification.

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
